The subject of leadership can be overwhelming and confusing. What is real leadership? Where does leadership start? What is the difference between leadership and management? How can a leader gain influence with others? How can a leader develop a productive team? How can we help followers become full leaders? Our leadership module answers these questions using understandable and practical steps and case studies.
Entrepreneurship is the ability and willingness to develop, organize and manage a commercial enterprise, as well as one of its uncertainties in order to make a profit. The entrepreneur is defined as someone who has the ability and desire to establish, administer and succeed in a start-up business and the risk that is entitled to it, to make profits. In this module, we will use understandable and practical steps and case studies to train people on key concepts of entrepreneurship (innovation, risk-taking, vision, organization, etc.) and equip them to develop some of the most important business traits and mindset.
Being able to communicate effectively is one of the most important life skills to learn. This can be done vocally (through verbal exchanges), through written media (books, websites and magazines), visually (using graphs, tables and maps) or not verbally (body language, gestures, voice height and tone). All these means of communication are general skills essential to the success of a career. In this module, we will focus on training people to communicate effectively with others by developing the art of active listening – listening, practicing conciseness, practicing good body language, confidence, using the right support, etc.
Management is a set of principles related to planning, organization, and control functions, as well as the application of these principles in the most efficient and effective use of material, financial, human and information resources to achieve organizational objectives.Management is essential for an organized life and necessary to manage all types of organization. Good management is the backbone of successful organizations. In this module, we will focus on training people on 5 main management functions (planning, organization, endowment, sense of direction and control) and also on different aspects of management such as supply chain management, human resources management, financial management, risk management, etc. with particular attention to the management skills that each manager is expected to develop.
